• Organize, develop and implement orientation programs and processes for newly hired RNs and LVNs, ORTs, and Anesthesia Techs in all of Women's Services
• Monitor, teach, and oversee clinical practice in both newly hired staff as well as tenured staff nurses.
• In collaboration with clinical and management staff, assess educational and professional needs within the unit.
