CAREER SUMMARY: Administration of U S Government funded, design/development contracts thru full scale production programs. All career efforts were aligned for compliance with Defense Acquisition Regulations (DAR) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Development and organization of procurement groups. Research and development of new technology initiatives. Programs included the MX Missile, B-2 Bomber, Space Shuttle, Multimission Maritime Aircraft and the C17 Programs. Responsibilities increase in magnitude with each title upgrade.
