Description
My goal is to lead engineering teams in the development of new products, assuring that the team produces the product in terms of performance, cost and schedule, satisfying the needs of the company as well as the consumer. As team manager I expect to be responsible for and held accountable for, the product design outcome, as well as the product and process status reviews throughout the development and production cycle.
