SUMMARY * Experience in generating annual budgets, setting goals and objectives that are aligned with annual financial budget, budgetary responsibility $30,000,000 +. * 15 plus years of multidisciplinary experience at an executive/senior mgmt. level in roles such as: General Manager, Engineering Management (Strategic Planning, Operations, Civil Construction, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Facility, Product Development, Projects, & Quality Assurance), Sales, Safety, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc. * Experienced in conducting assessments, audits and process improvements methods to systems and procedures in areas such as strategic management, operations, manufacturing (lean manufacturing, kaizen), resource optimization, maintenance and facilities, Supply Chain, Logistics, and communications. * Established plans and networks to optimize communications creating an organizational environment that enables and fosters the development of teams, partnership, alliances, continuous improvement, innovation, expert problem solvers and accountability. * Communicate and coordinate action plans to resolve operational concerns with supporting departments. Proactively identify and eliminate areas of waste in manufacturing and administration. * Completed annual employee performance reviews, resolved disciplinary issues (union & nonunion), act as company liaison regarding union and nonunion/hr. issues, as well as actively participate in the recruitment of employees.
