Description
I Worked as a Lead Mechanical Engineer for a company (RTR Technologies) that designed and fabricated custom heaters and control systems for the Railroad industry. As the Lead M.E. I reported the the Director of Engineering. I worked with the Electrical Engineer, various project managers, drafters, sales staff and production staff to bring new projects from conception to market. Much of the new product development and testing was my responsibility.
