6 years ago I made a career change to the credit & collections industry, leaving the insurance industry as a workers' compensation claims adjuster. Since I started in this new direction, I have continuously improved on my expertise, in particular with legal collections, and advancing my career growth. I want to continue this trend in the hope of one day becoming director of a major firm's credit and collections department.
