SUMMARY Over 25 years in retail, 18 of these in retail management, for well-established chains. Experience in all phases of retail management including, but not limited to: operations, budgeting, scheduling, recruiting, merchandising, and inventory control. Possess strong leadership skills to provide direction and motivate personnel to perform at high level. Have strong customer service experience and the ability to manage workload priorities effectively. Strengths include the capability of strategic thinking in a critical, fast-paced environment.
