To use the training and experience I have acquired over the years to help teams overcome challenges by employing up-to-date problem solving skills. Doing this creates an overwhelming boost to moral and continued excellence. Although the majoring of my experience has been in EHS, I have supported many teams in all departments thus giving me added skills outside my primary role.
