SUMMARY: * BS (chem/bio) + MS (Computer Science) + Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. * 17 + Years of manufacturing experience in an FDA environment like pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Dental products. Good understanding of FDA, GMP, OSHA regulations * 8+ Years of production and manufacturing supervision experience. Supervised up to 37 operators for 4 packaging lines and manufacturing / processing lines * Handled all aspects of production supervision like resource planning, cross-functional training, performance reviews, safety, production goal settings, KPI, etc. * 6+ Years of experience with packaging equipment like filling, capping, labeling, case packaging, palletizing etc. * 10+ Years of experience with Manufacturing/ processing like blending, mixing, compounding of tooth pastes, oral product manufacturing such as laser drill, tablet printing, etc. * Some experience with OEE/Six Sigma/Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing projects * Able to work in a cold refrigerated packaging area as needed. * Work well in a fast paced, medium company environment. * Excellent team player. Work well with QA, safety, engineering, maintenance and management. * Local NJ person and flexible to work any shift ( prefer 1st)
