March 25, 2015 To whom it may concern: My name is Paul Cimino and I am very interested in this job. I am an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking individual coming from a 31 year career in retail sales and management, distribution, operations, customer service, corporate, national and local sales with the National media company, Gannett Co. Inc. Over the past 31 years, I have received extensive training and have been able to apply of all facets of managing a Distribution and Sales network in the Southeast Market for USA TODAY, a division of Gannett Publishing Services (GPS). My experience has been at all levels from field work to shop management to national and local sales, customer service and administration. I have extensive “hands on” experience with over 25 years working with customers, accounts and other team members in the Triangle and all of North and South Carolina. My experience has been a focus on managing all aspects of distribution of a daily product as well as weekly and monthly publications through a network of driver’s hauling the products from print sites to key drop points throughout the NC, SC, GA and VA. My attention to detail and dedication to the job is very strong. I have always worked hard and was always willing to take on additional responsibilities without defaulting on my normal duties. I am a self-motivated person and I know I can excel at any job if given the opportunity. My strong communication skills coupled with my extensive computer skills, results oriented focus and ability to work with customers and co-workers alike, makes me an ideal candidate for this job. I thrive on a fast paced working environment, enjoy learning new skills and can bring a commitment and skill sets to the job that will acclimate me to my responsibilities very quickly.
