Summary: * Over 5 plus years of experience in software testing process which includes preparing Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Cases, Test Scenarios Executing Tests based on business requirements and functional requirements and Defect Tracking. * Good experience in various testing methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, V- Model etc. * Expert in Using Quality Center as repository for maintaining test cases, execution and tracking the defects * Created feature files using Gherkin Language in Ruby Mine tool. * Thorough understanding of System requirement Specifications and Functional specification documents. * Experience in interacting with business analysts, developers, technical support and help them base line the requirement specifications. * Ability to thoroughly analyze system's functional requirements and break them down into test requirements/test objectives and test conditions using testing techniques. * Expertise in analyzing business requirements to develop and document test plans and test strategies, use cases, test scenarios, test cases, test metrics and defect reports. * Thorough hands on experience with designing test cases covering all test conditions and eliminating redundancy and duplications. * Good experience in analyzing changes and identifying areas of the application to be regression tested. * Expertise in writing SQL Queries using Oracle, SQL Server * Involved in preparation of Test Data to test the functionality. * Thorough hands on experience with all levels of testing including Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing. * Hands on experience in identifying high priority test cases to conduct Risk Based Testing * Good experience in preparing test data by executing SQL queries. * Experience in creating Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure comprehensive test coverage of requirements. * Thorough understanding of the defect life-cycle process. * Organized weekly status meeting with the team and was responsible for meeting the project deadlines. * Managing all test resources and activities on a day-to-day basis ensuring efficient use of time and resource. * Has Excellent work ethics, and Team oriented with strong analytical and leadership Qualities. * Strong analytical skills, easily adapt to new tools, techniques and approaches. * Good team player with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
