My expertise is working with and through others; coaching, developing and motivating subordinates to achieve to the top of their potential. In most cases subordinates are promoted to other areas of the company or within the department; in all cases it creates energy within the team. I facilitate continuous improvement from the 5S basics to the autonomous maintenance of TPM and all the fun in-between. As the culture shifts, managing becomes challenging, I call on years of experience in the food and beverage industry; equipment, processes, suppliers. If I can't answer the questions I can find the answer. The teams I work with execute against KPI's with measurable results in Safety, Quality and Cost. I am looking for a company to do all this with; a place where I can stay long term and generate top performing personnel.
