I'm looking for a career not just a job. I love to lead people its what I feel like I live for. To watch someone grow and advance under your tutiledge is an honor and one of the most rewarding feelings a leader can have. Development and training is my favorite part of my leadership roles in various retail fields and I would like to be someone that travels place to place training individuals per company standards and guidelines and watch my work really mean something. Not only to the company I work for but the people that essentially I work for.
