As you will notice from my résumé, I have a successful, comprehensive, and diverse work history in the Insurance / Health /Contact Center Industry which includes most recently experience with Federally funded program of which I was responsible for managing the effective intake of unemployment claims for the State of New Mexico. My experience continues with Call Center start up, which includes metric development, infrastructure and redundancy management. As a consequence, I have developed a reputation for consistently improving the processes and focused on the effective use of various Sales communication techniques. Additionally, I have significant experience with project management, particularly in the area of transitional mapping of all areas pertinent to the project. I was most recently working on a project involving the introduction of an off the shelf product (COTS), which involves managing the acceptance of this product and ensuring timeline preparedness as implementation approaches. To further my experience, I enrolled and successfully completed the 35 hour program in Practical Project Management at University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management
