Marketing savvy professional with extensive experience with launching new products or repositioning existing solutions with eroding market position. I accomplish this objective by using a technique called disruptive marketing. This method introduces a new product as being a founding product of a new category ladder, thereby not only providing a strong competitive profile, but restates the customer considerations for analyzing the buying process. I have used this approach in a wide variety of entrepreneurial initiatives regardless of size of company or whether it is a high or low tech solution. My experience covers operational marketing responsibility in companies from start-up to four multi-billion companies, participated in executive level consulting for IBM and Young & Rubicam. I was chosen for a six person Branding Task Force for IBM to reposition 2,000 products. And I have used disruptive marketing in a bootstrap operation to take my golf accessory invention to market. I also do small freelance projects when I can.
