Responsible for Design Concept 2D & full 3D modeling as per customer requirements. • Preparing for Process Planning and Costing • Manual blank development. • Feasibility study for manufacturing and defects that occur in Press Tool • Preparing concept design for given product with help of AutoCAD. • Designing of molds (i.e. core, cavity extraction and mould base in EMX4.1) as well as press tool in ProE WF5.0 • Calculating Cutting & Bending force for each station, Total tonnage, Strip Economic factor • Observation in prototype samples, optimizing punches & dies for final output. • Creating & releasing of BOM & 2D-drawings for manufacturing and inspection. • Revising the design if any modification done by customer in their produc
