CollapseDescription

Dear Sir or Madam, Throughout my career I have been lucky to work for growth companies. I have been well trained as a manager and gained valuable experience in a spectrum of businesses. In my education, I concentrated on IT Management (Bachelors) and Healthcare Management (MBA), and currently I am managing the operations of a clinic. Healthcare reform brings lots of changes to this industry, which makes healthcare a challenging sector but also a promising one due to the opportunities created by this reform, especially in IT. Unknowingly, I have been preparing myself for these opportunities and at this point I am looking to grow as a healthcare professional. I really think now is the time I can apply my knowledge and experience in business development and IT. I am looking for a challenging position in organization in this industry, which would give me the opportunity to stay on top of the developments of healthcare reform and grow with the company, grow as a professional. As you can see from my CV I am from Ukraine and I graduated with a Bachelor degree in IT Management from Lviv Academy of Commerce (1996). After coming to the United States I earned an MBA degree from DePaul University with a dual concentration in Health Sector Management and Operations Management (2011). I speak four languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. My current job is very stressful and dynamic, which taught me well how to work under pressure. I consider myself a people person and have always had great relationships with the people who report to me. I know how to motive my subordinates and get the job done. I feel comfortable working in large or small groups as well as independently. I am very organized and I strongly believe that in order to achieve a goal in any endeavor, the objective has to be properly set up and progress has to be properly measured. Because if something cannot be measured, it cannot be managed. Thank you very much for your time. I hope that I was able to give you an idea about what I am planning for my career in the near future and my capabilities. If you think there potentially is a fit here then I would love to talk to you in person. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Sergey Voynov
