I have many years of experience evaluating various systems' reliability, effectiveness, and efficiencies, mostly in the aerospace arena. I have extensive experience and education in many technologies including: electronics/electrical, mechanical, structural, materials, procedural, as well as software programs/operating systems. My experiences include both “hands-on” and managing all aspects of the departments I worked with. I have even successfully established previously non-existing Departments. This included establishing/writing procedures, practices, procuring equipment, recruiting/leading personnel, and even designing/building new equipment. I also have a Masters Degree in Management. After my USAF retirement and downturn of the economy, I was "sucked" into contracting positions, which may pay well, but with no job security. I hope to gain a permanent position. I’ve been in Southern California for over a year preparing my childhood home for the market, but plan to return to Florida, where I’ve lived for over the last decade. I am currently working to build an Instrumentation Department for a small aerospace company and that requirement is now satisfied (Feb 2015).
