I have the comprehensive clinical knowledge in chronic diseases, as well in mental health issues with-in a diversified population. I have taken both the leadership role in creating and executing new innovative ideas in facilitating presentations to both staff and patients to reduce re-admissions to acute care hospitals, while still being cost-effective, as it is an important factor in our health care system.
