As of August 2015, relocating to Sevierville, TN with a goal of working part-time in a Nurse Practitioner role that will require the skills, expertise, clinical judgement and improved health outcomes that characterize current practice experience: Providing evidence based preventative health care, primary care and disease management over the last 11 years as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner; Serving as solo provider at a workplace based clinic providing episodic, chronic disease management and coordination of care resulting in measurable reduction in health risk levels of employees, reduced insurance costs as well as reduced lost work time; Completing twenty five years in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation with 10 years as manager, achieving and maintaining American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation certification for both cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs. Successful achievement of Certified Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Professional (CCRP) status in 2014, inaugural class.
