IT Help Desk Support 1320 Ridder Park Dr, San Jose, CA 95131 September, 2017 ending on June, 2018 * Responsible includes supporting client's users hands on remote with ( Cisco VPN, RDP, and Team Viewer ) on troubleshooting O/S Win 7, Win 8, Win 10 Win Server 2K, and computer system notebooks, desktop, MacBook, MacBook Pro, Server network issues, hardware, software * Set up an account for new users, system password, password reset, MS outlook and support employee, update new software into system, and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) * Using ghost software imaging, configuring and installing Desktop and Notebook issued to users Intel Corp: Desktop Support Engineer 2200 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054 April- 2015 to September 2017 * Support Engineer setup Hardware, software, installed an Image and new triple O/S such as Redhead, Linus, and Window O/S and Win O/S Server, Win7, 8 and Win10. Troubleshooting on O/S Win7, 8 and Win10, Hardware, network issue, and Xerox, HP printer. * Setup motherboards, such as, model FPGA, Lightning Ridge, Neon City, and Opal City. Installed CPU Units, replaced CPU units, Flashed Bios, (basic input/output system), flashed BMC (Baseboard management controller) Flash (CPLD) complex programmable logic device. * Also installed chipsets, Dims and running a Fusion test, using power Splitter to turn on and off, to boot up to Window, SVOS, Linux and EFI, checked ITP Dal, to see how many cores for each Units. Also checked a post code of an error message. Setup a medusa for testing on CPU Units temperature, and setup on TC3 temperature, setup Lantronix Spider Duo Compact remote access and modify.
