Let me introduce myself, my name is Gerald Seguin (Jerry). I have a wide-range of related experience. My background spans over 20 years of working in facility maintenance for residential hotel, nursing homes and condominium complexes. I am project oriented with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and renovation work. I work effectively with all concerned to ensure quality control, cost containment, compliance, and on-time completion of projects. Experience as Maintenance Manager with a proven track record of implementing preventative maintenance tracking and work order systems. I have worked as a Facility Manager, highly skilled in quickly interpreting blue prints, electrical schematics, wring diagrams, technical manuals and other maintenance documents. I was supervisor trained in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC and system repairs. I take preventative measures against fire and electrical hazards with knowledge of practicing safety material handling and construction methods
