• An Implementation Project Manager with Senior Business Analyst experience with over seven years of leading system implementation projects with a specialization in Property & Casualty Insurance systems, Benefits Administration systems (includes incorporation with third party vendors such as carries and payroll systems) and an additional one year of banking system implementation experience • A pragmatic Project Manager with excellent skills in scheduling, defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling key technical and quality attributes within a project based on client specifications utilizing Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and Waterfall or Agile methodology • Knowledge in business intelligence technology • Trained and utilized the Client Partnership Methodology Framework (CPMF) • Have successfully completed projects for over 20 different clients with a range of experience providing account management. • Self-motivated with strong team leadership traits, multi-task capabilities, excellent communication and organizational skills
