The time I have spent in the industry I have developed great skills in the use of public records and resources. This includes analysis of Warranty Deeds, Mineral Deeds, Gift Deeds, Right-of-Ways, Affidavits, Probates, Title Opinions, and other legal documents. I am able to take a project from the point of determining the lease status, to researching and locating each mineral owner involved, personally contacting owners and buying leases in the area of interest, including receivership leases, preparing run sheets or instrument chains for title opinions on the subject lands, then completing any needed curative requirements, Right- of-Ways and Easements. I am also trained in the use of Deed Plotter, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other useful programs, along with a vast knowledge of preparing spreadsheets and legal style writing.
