I have over 20 years of experience performing production support, in various capacities and environments; including over 15 years of SAP Project Implementation and Production Support experience. The last 6 years I have been transitioning from a technical basis role to a project manager role. Technical capabilities are essential to maintain complex SAP environments and resolve issues, but communication within IT and within the customer space is also essential. Planning and establishing expectations is critical to managing an IT environment and building customer confidence.
