I was part of the senior leadership team of a $40 million business transformation project that installed standard 'best practice' globally while converting the ERP system from BPCS to SAP. My initial role was Global Organizational Change Manager that ensured a successful project through effective Stakeholder Management and other proven project techniques. Later in the venture, I was given the additional role of North American Project Lead, where I guided the company to a successful 'go-live' at 7 sites in America, Canada & Mexico. Achieved over $2 million in IT and departmental cost optimization through personnel synergies, business process re-engineering and group purchasing programs.
