To establish Global PMO office in NY/NJ area and manage ongoing Resource, Processes and Tool onboarding. * Founder-lead global PMO for Application development and Enterprise Architecture department. * Delivering results in a fast paced Agile-scrum and traditional waterfall environment utilizing industry leading web-based enterprise applications utilizing the latest technology * Managing multiple Portfolio with team based out of USA, Prague and India, travel 20% * Strategic implementation and subsequent adoption of Agile/scrum methodology in Application development * Transforming the utilization of Company assets, reducing Technical debt 30% this year by 'Sunsetting' obsolete Technology and replatforming of solutions. * Enact change and continuous improvement increasing the productivity of Scrum teams by 16% and the quality of deliverables by 23% * Onboarding several Technology - IBM Rational, Cognos-BI, Clarity, MEGA & ServiceNow to globally shape the Enterprise automation of reporting, configuration, versioning, Program and Product management. * Strategic transitioning and onboarding several departments into a common improved Technology space, rolling up to CIO view. * Domain expertise application development environment, management and support of large scale product development efforts, operational support for work streams / multiple products / Tools in various stages of product lifecycle tracking, alignment, reporting and staging of work around numerous dependencies
