I am looking for the position of Production Manager. I have over thirty years of experience with all facets of the aviation maintenance and automotive assembly arenas. Prior to joining the Raytheon team in 1999, I served 20 years with the United States Air Force. As a Flightline Maintenance Superintendent, I Directed, controlled, and coordinates diverse flying and aircraft maintenance operations ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures and directives while managing more than 350 personnel to meet a demanding daily and weekly flying and maintenance schedule. I am a Six Sigma Specialist who has led teams in cost benefit analysis studies, as well as, lean operations. My strengths are structure, organization and efficiency. I spend personal time crafting ways to leverage any efficiency to effectively manage myself and my resources' time to save money for my company and for my customer(s). I have Coordinated OJT Programs, researched engineering documentation and collaborated with union and management subject matter experts to develop instructor-based training, structured on-the-job training material, and job aides for aviation maintenance and automotive manufacturing personnel.
