To retire from federal service to seek a rewarding second career working to meet clients' needs while still serving the public interest. My federal career spans work in executive and legislative agencies and has involved a variety of functions that provide a broad range of experience from law enforcement to community resilience. I have played key roles in program evaluation, planning and policy development, program performance measurement, communication strategies, research, analysis, and program operations. My skills are applicable to assessing and improving a wide variety of organizations.
