I am a person with engineer- scientist background from Technical University of Ukraine ," NTTU KPI" and Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and more than 20 years’ experience and success in different fields including Company Management , Sales, Business Development, Marketing , Distribution network set-up in international companies I worked as Area Sales Manager for region Caucasus and Central Asia and after Managing Director of German company subsidiary in Azerbaijan . I am quick learner , dedicated and motivated and can provide resiliient even in high stresssful situataions . I have strong skills in Leadership, Leading Change & Continuous Improvement, Business Development, Employee Engagement, Procurement, Mentoring, Coaching. Sales, Marketing, P&L, Business Strategy Development, I am Team builder and Team Leader and same time team player. I am Member of the Board of AHK Azerbaijan - the German - Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce
