My experience covers excellence in negotiations, extensive knowledge and experience in preparing oil & gas leases, JOA's, COPAS, exploration and development agreements, title issues, farmouts/farmins, surface use agreements and damage settlements. Additionally, I have due diligence experience and have over 20 years experience of managing Land Departments and lease brokers in the Permian Basin, Mid-Continent and other basins in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Mississippi and Colorado.
