Summary of Qualifications: * I have 18 years of background in the Commercial / Home Building and Remodeling business. and over 30 year of Aerospace Experience. * My qualifications consist of obtaining the following positions Operations / Manufacturing Manager, Production Engineer, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering Liaison and Project Management. * Responsible for creating manufacturing method plans for machining, spin forming, welding and assembly operations with (CAD, Pro E, Solid Works) sketches with bill of material (B.O.M) build up. * I have supervised the Manufacturing Engineering Shop Liaison Department with a previous employer. My experience and my responsibilities include solving manufacturing, Spin and Metal Forming, Welding, Heat-treating, Tooling and Quality problems on various N/C Lathes, N/C Mills, Conventional Lathes and Mills, Grinders, Gear Hobs, Broaching Machines and various sheet metal equipment. I have experience in machine cell concepts, inspection of hardware, S.P.C. and Lean Manufacturing Methods. * I also have mentored production personnel in methods of assembly, machining, using tools and reading micrometers, blueprints, Lean Manufacturing methods and Construction techniques.
