I am a highly experienced Program / Project Manager from Automotive industry, with 33 years of rich experience. I have a strong profile of working in the automotive industry and am focused on product launch. I have been responsible for managing the execution of multiple programmes for several products or systems to deliver approved targets i.e. time, quality, gross margin, product cost and programme budget. I was also responsible for establishing the programme management organization and ensuring that all relevant information is reviewed by the core team including approved programme targets, specific customer requirements, product and process deviations, lessons learned in previous launches. I have also been a Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Facility Project Management, responsible for Stamping shop, BIW Welding shop, Paint shop, Assembly shop and Power train shop. I was responsible for Jaguar Land rover India Operation planning, execution and post start up. I have been associated with and trained by Ford and Jaguar Land rover in Stage Gate Project Management system GPDS, LQOS, APQP, PPAP. I have been trained in World Class Manufacturing WCM with Fiat and Lean Manufacturing with Suzuki. I have a strong international exposure and I am willing to relocate.
