Over the course of the previous 15 years I have had the opportunity to apply the range of my project management, manufacturing, engineering and most significantly, my passion and unique LEAN Skill Set within the parameters of my professional and academic-professional life. I have lead manufacturing Operations and Lean transformation teams ranging in size and scope from 4-75 people and $50k - $148M respectively, across all terrain of the American socio-economic industrial manufacturing, automotive ad services landscape. I have specialized and excelled in identifying opportunities for improvement, developing tangible continuous improvement action and sustainment plans which have harnessed talent, spurred growth and lead the organizations I have served to the next echelon of World-Class manufacturing excellence. I have found that focusing on the fundamental aspects, methodology, principles and theory of which modern manufacturing efficiency is based upon delivers the most effective, successful and sustainable continuous improvement initiatives. In every professional endeavor I undertake I focus on core Lean principles in improving the foundational metrics of People (Safety), Quality, Velocity and Cost. My purpose is to bring my extensive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology, knowledge, skills and practices to a business setting in order to develop and nurture operational efficiency.
