Currently serving as Sr. Resident Engineer in support of a 1.8 billion under two (2) separated contracts one for the construction and installation of Airports Aprons, Runways, Taxiways and all supporting utilities infrastructure landside and airside. Also the new passenger Terminal Building project supporting all phases of design and construction for infrastructure and ancillary Buildings. I managed all activities for Design and Construction, this is a fast track design build Airport Terminal Extension project which includes the design and build of a main terminal building supporting Air side and Landside aviation infrastructure and support operations. As the Company representative with the Client and Contractors for the installation of construction. Negotiating changes to the scope of work with the Client and key subcontractors. Responsible for following up on instructions & commitments associated with the project. Established Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan and other documents. Also the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors site staff performance, Planning, directing, supervising the execution of all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the project and the site team.
