ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Complete planning, redesign, configuration and installation of replacement campus network to provide a faster, secure, dependable and controllable system for data, phones, and video conferencing * Conversion of Campus wide computers and accessories from standalone to Microsoft Domain network for better security, monitoring and services accessibility * Change of all network devices from Static IP to Dynamic IP which reduced total cost of ownership and management by allowing a more centralized control of all network items * Implementation of IT policy for Users to be assisted within 5 minutes and user working again less than 30 minutes for less user downtime and more production accomplished * Design, setup, and implemented a campus wide Disaster Recovery plan and procedure
