Description
Amy is a SAP subject matter expert in organizational change management, training, documentation (BPPs, Test Scripts) all phases of testing and help desk establishment with over 20 years of experience. Her experience reaches beyond classroom training, on-line CBT/WBT and documentation development, including go-live user support for an ever increasing list of SAP modules. She possesses the ability to do analysis, scoping, planning, designing, developing, and execution all phases of a training, testing and analysis program. She has the rare knowledge and ability to explain SAP processes from end to end. Her training and knowledge transfer style has been one recognized as having the unique ability to engage students in classroom setting. She is known for integrating closely with the project team and for meeting deadlines. She believes in knowledge transfer for the project team to enhance their job performance. Although Amy has worked in the trenches, she has also carried multiple leadership roles throughout her career. She has the capacity to work in an OCM, training or functional/technical roles. As a manager, she is results oriented and supports the “team” concept. She is a self- starter seeking a challenging position in managerial/leadership and/or developer as a consultant for OCM/Training or a functional/technical role for an organization that specializes in integrated change solutions such as SAP or other software applications. It is her belief if every role of the team is not integrating, the system doesn’t integrate. The users must have an understanding of the end-to-end process as she contends. Understanding the integration points between modules is of utmost importance and the users must understand the time of any interfaces involved. Since the business processes drive the technical side of the house, she ensures both are integrated to meet the business needs. Amy has been working with SAP for twenty (20) years. She has worked with modules SD, CRM (web based portal), CS, PS, PP, MM, FI/CO (AR/AP), PMM (web based portal), QM, IM, WM, PM, and FS/CD in SAP R/3 3.1h, 4.6b, 4.6c, 4.7c, ECC 6.0 and ECC 7.0.
