Been Facilities and Project Manager for 20 years. I do all Safety Regs and Energy Manager regs. I handle all aspects of the project from design t contracts to time frames. I have a Masters Certification in Construction Management and a Bachelors of science in Construction Management. I have a Masters in electrical and a Masters in HVAC.
