My objective focuses on obtaining a leadership-management position in a major organization. Currently I am writing my dissertation on "Transitioning from law enforcement to security management: is there a security management or academic discipline necessary to be successful." My emphasis directed toward leadership and organizational management improvements to support the strategic mission of the organization.
