To participate in addressing key issues in the sustainability of the extractive metallurgical engineering profession in unison with a metallurgical organization. Achieved by tapping into my LEAN management system application experience, process plant design - commissioning and operations experience, trainee/student mentorship and extractive metallurgy technical skills set.
