During tax season I distributed many promotional materials, and collected collateral, not technically part of my job, but as a result my office improved greatly in number of completed tax returns, and my office won an award for most collateral brought in, for the district.
Set up the entire file system and organized the office for my rookie Office Leader at the beginning of tax season. This made it easier for items and files to be found, than they were last year. At the end of tax season, I separated and boxed files, returns and all other office items to be taken off to storage, labeling everything clearly.
