I have dedicated my career to helping organizations implement and optimize their EMR for the purposes of improving patient care & safety. When working with providers, staff, and IT, I strive to facilitate the collaboration needed for top notch patient care. I am passionate about my work and self driven to the end .I frequently have served as Project Manager, Subject Matter Expert, Team Lead and have proven skills. I have successfully guided my clients through triumphant implementations and optimizations. I have 26+ years of healthcare experience, the last 8 of which I have spent working with EMR Systems, including MEDITECH, CERNER, and DRFIRST I have a solid foundation built in system implementation and conversion projects. I am versed in Team Lead and Management of project duties from conception to optimization. I have also assisted organizations in developing a clinical change management structure, involving stakeholders in the standardization necessary for a useful EMR. Overall, my drive and focus coupled with my experience has taken many clients from start to a successful finish in their implementations. I do look forward to servicing many more clients with passion and dedication. I am passionate about helping clients understand the benefits their EMR brings to clinicians in managing patient care.
