Suppliers were required to have two trigger releases available in stock to satisfy production requirements. Faxing a visual document containing all replenishment requirements insured product delivery in two working days and less inventory on hand. · I established a critical parts list/board that identified, documented, and provided information as it affected shipments and available inventory requirements. · Reduced excess and obsolete inventory by $10,000 per month. · Managed a stockroom relocation: setting up a new area, physical relocation of all material to the new area, maintaining inventory location and accuracy within the software data, removing all shelving and fixtures in the old stockroom, and coordinating this move with the local Environmental Protection Agency. The project was completed on time, under budget, and completely invisible to production.
