I am an active scholar-practitioner, a Strategic Leadership & Learning professional with extensive Organizational Development (OD) experience. As an expert in strategic leadership and learning with twenty years of experience I have a unique ability to combine training management oversight with project management expertise to perform consulting services while engaging a diverse range of management stake holders. Leadership Development: Work closely with senior managers to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions that align existing and potential corporate leadership with the organization’s global strategies, goals and culture. Change Management: Successful record as both a change agent and change manager. Led the transformation of training departments from reactive to proactive in meeting organizational human capital needs. Training Strategies: Adept at leading teams to develop effective and efficient training initiatives as a company’s needs and strategic direction change. Training Department Management/Development: Successfully led the reorganization, team growth and delivery of training services in three organizations with differing cultures and objectives. Project Management: As lead executive brought together internal and external cross functional teams to successfully manage projects. Distance Learning: Have led the redesign and/or creation of training programs to provide distance learning across the entire US utilizing varying technologies and techniques. Theoretical Research: Research effort focuses on adult learning principles interlaced with employee role refinement, strategic learning, training, and emergent leadership. Prior to my doctoral matriculation, I earned her Master’s degree at Westminster College in Salt Lake City working in the field of instructing, coaching/mentoring, and training development.
