Deuty Summary Responsible for the safe and effective execution of erection , construction , commissioning ,maintenance and repair of all equipment associated with the power plant. Supervise a staff of maintenance personnel working with plant operators. Plan and conduct major outages. Implement and direct effective PdM, PM, lubrication, and contractor management programs. Responsible for maintenance budget and expenses while achieving a high level of equipment reliability, carry out the installation of the equipments . do all the steps of commissioning to put it in service and bids evaluation final technical recommendation report writing according to the required specifications . We have ABB steam turbines; GE ST. & Gas turbines and same from Siemens I do stormed brain for solving the problems and do the required modifications to safe the production of the Plant. I am now the outage project Manager in Al Sabyia power plant at Kuwait ( 8 ST X 300 MW + 8 DIST. X 12.5 MGWD ) with M/ S Bilfinger – Babcock ( one year contract till the end of 2014 ) - PMP certified -Having long background for erection, commissioning, test and start up of all types of turbines, boilers, big and small pumps. - Having highly ability of design and installing the different types of high, medium, & low pressure steam, water & gas piping system. - Having long experience of the instrument air & high pressure natural gas compressors system and hydro electro control systems. - having long experience in the field of waste water and water treatment plants erection, commissioning and maintenance. - Having long of experience for the project management to control the project schedule, budget, contractors, HSE programs, how to solve the problems if any, training program for the staff to take more responsibility, solid leadership to meet the objectives of the company and the satisfaction of the clients … - Having long experience ( 17 Y ) for preparing the processes of the commissioning for assuring that all systems and the components of the project are designed , installed , tested , operated according to the operational requirements of the owner or final client -Authorized to coordinate the permit office activities to ensure authorized personnel are handling the permits Facilitates Mechanical / Electrical Isolation & De isolation of electrical equipment’s in concurrence with the Duty Operations Controller -- Having demonstrable experience in a managerial capacity covering the planning and scheduling requirements for erection, maintenance and inspection activities, based on shutdown and turnaround projects.
