My Career Objective is to manage a small to medium sized Land Surveying Department within a well established Engineering company. I am particularly experienced in GPS Positioning since 1986 and have considerable background in highway rights-of-way route surveys and the preparation of plats to effect land acquisition for State Departments-of-Transportation.
