My career has advanced to the executive level as Director of Sales and Marketing for Cardinal Companies International. Brought in to run a departmental reorganization, cross-department integration, and business change project, I successfully initiated a cultural and process change to align Operations and Accounting in support of Business Development and Sales. In my short time at Cardinal, revenue increased by 200%, and the sales pipeline is full going forward. This success is another level in the advancement of my skills as a programme and project manager - taking an area for which I had no experience entering (i.e., sales and marketing), and successfully managing people and navigating processes and priorities to a stated goal within a diminishing schedule. At this point in my career, I'm ready for a new challenge in project or organizational management.
