Over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management overseeing over 3 million square feet of retail shopping centers, power centers, class A high rise office space, low and mid rise office buildings, warehouse/industrial/flex space, medical office buildings, banking institutions, federal government tenants, corporate services/facility management, and full service executive suites. Supervision/directing of staff in excess of 15 direct report employees, in addition to overseeing contracted labor/vendor staffing. I also possess experience in residential real estate management overseeing portfolios of communities ranging from large 1200 plus unit high rises, to smaller 200 unit garden style properties.
