After 11 years of experience with youth and families, I am looking to move into the next stage of my career focusing on reform for children's services. My passion is working with underprivileged, developmentally delayed/ behaviorally challenged and traumatized youth. I currently supervise Director level staff and have excelled in program development striving towards best practice and outcomes for our families.
