This is to inform you of my career plan in regards to applying for a position with your company. I have been in home health care for the past several years and I am considered a High Tech RN. My skills continue to be infusions, complex wound care, including vacuum systems; lung drainage via Plural vac or Plurex Vac systems, blood draws and other fluid specimens, and case management. I am looking to increase my skills in the area of Dialysis. My previous experience as been peritoneal dialysis in the hospital setting. I am seeking to train in hemo-dialysis. Having had the opportunity of caring for patients that were also clients of Fresnius Dialysis Centers, I have come to understand their needs, diets, and complaints of years of needed dialysis.
